January 11, 2006 Minisymposium on Nano-biotechnology Where: UMBI Shady Grove When: Tuesday, January 24, 2006 Time: 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Purpose: This minisymposium on Nano-biotechnology seeks to bring scientists from throughout the region together to discuss progress, opportunities and challenges of this inter-disciplinary field. This symposium is designed to include talks from representatives of the various nanobiotechnology research efforts across Maryland, and a poster session to provide a forum for a broader range of interests from the government, industry and academia. This minisymposium is jointly-sponsored by UMBI, UMCP, and NIST and is open to all interested researchers, managers and technologists. Pre-registration is required.
