Welcome to the Institute of Fluorescence homepage. The Institute of Fluorescence was founded by Dr. Chris D. Geddes in early 2001 and features faculty members, numerous research associates and support staff. The Institute's mission is to develop and deploy novel fluorescence techniques and tools to advance biosensing, bio imaging and to protect and safeguard human health. With an array of internationally known scientists as members, the Institute of Fluorescence boasts hundreds of man years of fluorescence experience. In addition, the Institute is home to all the major peer-reviewed fluorescence literature in the world.
