RNA Labeling and Hybridization

The Microarray Core Facility offers Total RNA labeling using either Direct labeling or Indirect labeling methods. The protocols used for probe synthesis by direct labeling are the Amersham Biosciences' Cyscribe First-Strand Labeling kit and the protocols used for probe synthesis by Indirect Labeling are Ambion's Amino Allyl cDNA Labeling Kit.
