UMBI's Office of Faculty Affairs oversees and facilitates faculty processes and services that affect their academic life at UMBI. Areas of responsibility of the Office of Faculty Affairs include promotion and tenure review, faculty annual reviews, conflicts of interest, consulting, teaching, policy development, shared governance, ethics compliance,and career development for our scientists. The Office of Faculty Affairs serves as a liaison to the UMBI Senate, external entities, and individual faculty members.
